ROOMS:

• Single room incl. breakfast, service and VAT € 90,00 per night
• Double room incl. breakfast, service and VAT € 100,00 per night
• Triple room incl. breakfast, service and VAT € 130,00 per night.

There is a very limited number of triple rooms available. Interest in these rooms should be expressed to the AHWC-organization (faye@nvow.nl). On the basis of first come, first served, the organization will inform the eligible applicants that they can use the reservation form for a triple room booking.
• A city tax of 6,05% is applicable for all rooms per night.
• The special room rates are valid from Saturday, August 4, 2018 until Sunday, August 12, 2018.
• For bookings, only the attached reservation form can be used and must be returned before May 6, 2018 to the following email address: kim.bakker@rezidorparkinn.com

Reservations can only be confirmed if a credit card is given to guarantee the booking. Payment is requested upon departure at the reception. Upon check-in, we require a deposit by credit card for payment of the room and/or incidentals. As usual, the credit card will be authorised fort he estimated amount including a EUR 50 deposit for incidentals per night. Upon check-out, the actual payment will be settled.

• Check-in as of 15.00 hrs. The hotel will however do their utmost to have the rooms earlier available. Earlier check-in, when rooms are available, is possible against a fee of € 30,00. Please check with the hotel or indicate on the reservation form. Last check-out time is 12.00 hrs.

DOGS:

• Per room a maximum of three dogs is allowed. The price per dog per stay is € 30,00. House rules should be strictly followed and include benching and leashing. Those who bring dogs will be separately informed.

TRANSPORT:

• Radisson Blu operates a regular 24 hours/7 days shuttle service from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. Every 30 minutes during the day and on request at night.
• The hotel can easily be reached by car.
• Public bus line 287 departing from Schiphol Airport stops close to the hotel. This bus is a morning bus only and last departure from the airport is around 10 AM.
• Taxis at the airport are available in large numbers. Avoid drivers who offer services in the arrival hall. Too expensive and not official. Just use the cab stand if you prefer private transportation.

PARKING:

• For cars, the Radisson has an underground parking. Congress members pay a special rate of € 12,50 per place per 24 hours.
• Maximum 10 mobil homes can, only during the congress times, be parked on the Radisson bus deck. No stay during the night allowed. Please inform the AHWC-organization (faye@nvow.nl) about your interest and here as well: places will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis.
• The AHWC-organization will a.s.a.p. come back with more mobil homes parking information.

WIFI:

• Free wireless internet is available for congress members and guests.
